Registration Forms, Policies, and Guidelines

How to Access Registration Forms, Policies & Guidelines?

  1. Log in to your APS account using your APS login credentials.
       (Visit https://www.aps.org and click “Log In” in the top right corner.)
  2. Once logged in, navigate to your APS profile.
  3. In the menu bar on the left-hand side, locate and click on “Registration.”
  4. Under the Registration section, select “Forms, Policies & Guidelines.”
    This will take you to the relevant resources for APS meeting registration.

Join APS or 1st Yr Free Student Membership: https://www.aps.org/membership/join.cfm

Creating an APS Account: Select  “Don’t Have an APS Account” at the bottom of the page 

Student Registrants: In order to receive the correct registration rate, make sure your account is updated properly. You can update this by logging into your my.aps.org account:  https://my.aps.org/studentupdate

  • Change the “Are you a student” flag to “Yes”.
  • Update the expected degree and graduation date.
